-For Qualified
Businesses / Organizations wishing to License Use of the
CMC Course
-and present it In-House. |
|
|
-Detailed Steps: How
to obtain a 'License of Use'
Step
1: |
|
|
One or two of the potential Partner's key staff first completes one of the
public Master Coach
Courses (held in NY, LA, UK, Sydney,
Singapore etc) -thereby obtaining the necessary qualifications for them
to trained as Facilitators of
the CMC Course. |
|
|
|
Upon
the completion of the qualifying CMC Course (to the satisfaction of
both parties) the potential partner is invited into an informal
partnership arrangement. |
Step
2:
Upon
payment of 50% of their 2 Year License
Fee
the Provider is appointed a BCI
Associate
and is able to market/sponsor/organize
2 or
so In-House Master Coach Courses
(in their
specialist market sector and/or region) to be initially co-facilitated by
one of the Institute's Facilitators with one or more of nominated qualified staff
of the Associate (all nominated staff members must have previously
completed the Certified
Master Coach Course). These initial workshops
provide the training vehicle for Associate's nominated facilitator/s to be
trained by the Institute's Facilitator in conducting course.
The Provider can also use their
pilot CMC Courses, conducted with the Institute's Facilitator, to certify
any additional nominated course facilitators as a CMC. These courses also provide the opportunity for the Associate
to confirm that they are able to meet BCI's business criteria to become an
Accredited Learning Partner..

Note:
The
Associate
is responsible for
organizing their Master Coach course event. All educational
and course marketing material
(citing Dr Skiffington's and BCI's names and using our copyrighted
material and other trademarks etc) used and also designed by the
Associate
needs to be first approved by Perry Zeus (BCI's Executive Director).
The Associate
pays for
all of the Institute's Facilitator's expenses. The Associate
co-delivers
the first 2 or so courses and provides the course certification.
As mentioned, these Master Coach Courses include the training of one or two of the
Associate's
staff
as certified Master Coach Course Facilitators.
(Note: The nominated
Associate's Facilitators should:
a) already be
Certified
Master Coaches and, b) possess the skills/experience
required to facilitate such a high-level, technical professional
development course.)
Typically after two to three courses the qualified
Associate's staff
have been trained and certified to deliver future internal courses by themselves.

|
Step
3:
After the successful presentation of the first CMC Course/s and upon
payment of the balance 50% of their 2 Year
License Fee -the partnership is formalized and the
Associate
is formally appointed by the Behavioral Coaching Institute (our parent organization) as
a
regional
Accredited
Learning Partner (L.P.). Guided by the
Partner the course
can also be tailored by the Institute to suit the partner's
marketplace/culture etc. The Learning Partner then obtains the right to present the Master Coach Course by themselves (with back-up
support) in their region. The Course can be presented as a series of
seminars, half-day programs or a 4 Day workshop etc. For example; the course can also
be re-formatted into two short courses --one introductory level course (for a
large group of persons) and an advanced level course. All course re-formatting must be first approved by BCI.
