POST PANDEMIC and RECESSION FEARS
- HOW TO SAVE YOURSELF and OTHERS FROM FEAR
It is very difficult to avoid the fear that is presently within
us and around us. More people will suffer because of what harm fear
does to them than because of the epidemic and associated
recession.
People are being psychologically plunged into a domain where
they begin to question everything. Many are still locked in their homes
and
feel like they are in a psychological prison. The lost sense of
freedom, the ability to roam and move is a form of acute
psychological suffering.
The emotion fear is the most dangerous virus in our world. When
people are hurled into a state of anxiety, chaos and distress
they require psychological anchoring. People need to understand
this fear and learn how to manage it. Fear can cause untold
damage, not just mentally, but also to the body and immune
system which becomes weakened and hastens illness. The High Performance Behavioral Coach is uniquely qualified to
provide a psychological handle for people to hold onto.
Man has always had to deal will Pandemics and this will not
change as new viruses take hold.
It is human to enjoy fear a little bit. It makes us feel alive,
just us many enjoy watching disaster and horror movies.
We all need to understand this attraction to fear within us;
without understanding it we cannot understand the psychology of
fear and its hold on us.
We need to remove the attraction to fear to wake up our
unconsciousness.
Fear contagion
can completely
take over
your
unconsciousness . You won't even know
when you have lost control over your fear and fear others. Then
fear can do anything to you. In such an extreme situation some
people even become fearful of living.
We need to stop looking at the hourly, daily news that makes us
fearful. We need to stop talking about the epidemic in negative
terms -repeating the same thing again and again is the birth of
self-hypnosis. Fear is a kind of self-hypnosis and causes
chemical changes in the body. By repeating the same fearful idea/s again
and again, this chemical change can sometimes be so poisonous
that it can also hasten illness and shorten the length of a
person's life.
High Performance
Behavioral Coaches are uniquely qualified to guide people how to
prevent negative energy consuming them. While many
people fall into holes of negative energy
those people sitting in a lifeboat with their behavioral health
coach can be protected from the fallout.
The arrival of death spells fear of the
inevitable.
Hope, Resilience and a Brighter Future
We all need to take this opportunity to rethink the purpose of
our life. To construct a new, deeper meaning of our life and level of
consciousness.
With a
High Performance Behavioral Coach
as a guide people can quickly move from a place
of fear, worry, stress and doubt to a self-transformational journey of a new,
more secure way of
being, a new way of living life to fulfil their potential and
destiny. To become who they can be, to achieve what they can do.

Emotion / Fear Coaching

POST ANDEMIC and RECESSION FEARS UPDATE |

Firstly, Some
Further Notes on
Fear
Contagion:
Fear contagion happens automatically and unconsciously,
making it hard to control. It can serve a valuable survival
function. Our brains are hardwired to respond to threats in
the environment.
Fear travels from one to the next, infecting each individual
as it goes.
Fear contagion does not require direct physical contact with
others. Media distributing terrifying images and information
spreads fear.
Fear contagion kicks into gear automatically and
unconsciously. But, we can do something to mitigate it.
Since it’s a social phenomenon there are rules that govern
social behaviors.
Studies have found that being in the presence of a calm and
confident person can help overcome fear acquired through
observation of others. For instance, a youngster terrified
by a strange animal will calm down if a calm adult is
present. This kind of safety modeling is especially
effective when you have your eyes on someone close to you,
or someone you depend on, such as an authority figure or
person you trust eg; a Behavioral Health Coach.
When you are under significant stress, it is harder to
process details and nuances. Helpful Information, support
and care needs to be provided clearly with straightforward,
honest and empathetic communication from a trusted source.
The person receiving the guidance must feel they can trust
and rely on their guide as a source of assurance and comfort
as any doubt or uncertainty will augment further fears and
anxiety.
Evolution hardwired human beings to share threats and fears
with others. But it also equipped us with the ability to
cope with these threats together. |

EMOTIONS, FEAR and COACHING
Some Background Notes:
Life is really a school teaching us to feel emotion. At both ends of
the emotional spectrum from misery to bliss, we are capable of
feeling it all.
Fear of confronting and feeling maladaptive emotions that afflict us
all tells us -no, you mustn’t feel that. So, that same fear continues
to get triggered over and over again.
Experiencing sadness, anger, hurt and other “negative” feelings
can be hard. In fact, many of us just don’t do it.
Because we’re afraid.
FEARFUL OF CONFRONTING OUR EMOTIONS
As small children, we are open and free, sharing all of ourselves
with others. As we grow and mature, however, we learn that the world
can be a very painful place. We learn that not everyone is on our
side, and not all situations are going to go our way. Over time,
then, we also learn to protect ourselves. We build walls around our
true feelings and heart and we become practiced in the art of
denial. Even worse, we begin to believe and internalize negative
thoughts and feelings about ourselves.
We all are manipulated with the hurt and opinions to show emotions.
Very few of us react the way we are.
Most of us are raised in environments where keeping a lid on
feelings and emotions is the norm. This means that expressing
emotions—negative or positive—is considered undesirable, especially
in the workplace.
Many of us have been suppressing our emotions for so long that we’ve
forgotten how to express feelings. Holding in emotions leads to
bitterness which is a passive expression of built-up emotional
energy.
Our brains are hardwired to seek pleasure and avoid pain. As such,
we suppress jealousy, envy, shame, embarrassment, guilt, and
anxiety, berating ourselves for feeling that way. We associate these
feelings with weakness, suffering in silence and isolation.
Constructively confronting our negative emotions, without abandoning
our emotional selves, can help us achieve crucial life goals and put
us on a happier, healthier path. They are signals that something is wrong,
urging us to make the sort of changes that save us from
self-destructive behaviors.
Fear is also associated with such emotions as acute stress reaction,
anger, rejection, self-criticism, angst, anxiety, fright, joy, panic, and sadness. Fear
is closely related to, but should be distinguished from, the emotion
anxiety.
Emotions are fluid and ever-changing as our evaluation of everyday
occurrences change over time.

|
The effects of holding in or suppressing emotions go beyond our
mental health.
Feeling our feelings is vital. It’s vital to our health and
well-being. Because whatever it is we don’t want to feel will
eventually find a way to be known. It’ll find a way to be known
through negatively affecting our behavior, performance levels and
our body through tension, headaches or insomnia, or through anxiety
or depression. It even becomes an accelerant for the aging process.
Health risks are elevated when people don’t have a way of
expressing their feelings or acting upon them. A study by the
University of Rochester found that holding in emotions can also
increase risks of heart attack and certain types of cancer.
By not feeling a feeling, we simply give it power to hurt us in the
future. However, when we acknowledge and validate our feelings, we
empower ourselves.
The longer you hide from emotions, the longer you suffer. The more
it controls your actions. The more poor decisions you make. It'll
beat you down until you begin the process of starting to feel it.
Now, imagine what it would be like to be able to feel the entire
spectrum of human emotion without any fear at all. How empowering
would that be?
The need to identify, confront and regulate emotions.
Identifying the primary, maladaptive emotions provide us a pathway
to exchange them with more adaptive suitable emotions.
Unless we identify the Fear at work it will rob us of the
opportunity to discover powerful, adaptive, primary emotions that
can free us and produce a wide range of positive results.
Corrective emotional experiences
A client can freely express and learn to regulate emotions and fear
with a trained neuro-behavioral coach without feeling censored or
punished. This experience alone provides an incredibly empowering
conduit towards emotional liberation.
Learning to play the game to get atop of the game
Earth is literally the school of fear. Beat the game of fear, and
you'll stop being played by the game and start being the one
successfully playing ‘the game of life’.
The key to success in any coaching intervention is the selection of
